Quick Die Change System (QDCS) EPS Shape Moulding Machine
QDCS series shape moulding machines feature rapid mould changeover in just 20-30 minutes using a hydraulic-mechanical lock system. Stainless steel steam chamber with 3-sided heating ensures uniform steam distribution. Available in 1200x1400mm, 1400x1700mm, and 1600x1800mm mould sizes with steam consumption of 6-9 kg/cycle.
